I didn't get up this morning and workout like I had planned but I will be doing so this evening...

For August, I am going to aim for 30 mins of activity everyday...I think I can do it!! It will be a challenge, so I think committing to just 30 mins will help me be motivated to do it...

I am also working on cleaning up my "abrupt" changes, just trying to make smarter choices...this will be an even bigger challenge then the working out...but I am ready...
