Beck Diet Solution Day 8

Create Time and Energy -- oh man, tell me it is so! That I can create time and energy emoticon

This is something That I have been telling myself that I need to do, to create a schedule that I can stick with. Years ago, when we were selling our home, I created a cleaning schedule of things that needed to be done to have the house ready in an instant for showings. I created cards with chores that needed to be done and made myself do what was on the card - NO EXCEPTION.

Now, this is sounding familiar to the Beck Diet Solution: NO EXCUSES

Since this is something I have been telling myself that I need to do, I might stay on this day for a bit until I can make a doable schedule that will work for me. Lately, I just take the days as they come because I am not allowing time for me and what I need to do, but rather let others run my day.

I am seeing that some of these response cards are becoming pertinent to me and my lifestyle. Amazing, it is all seeming so generic, applicable to all.

I think I am learning quite a bit this time around.

I probably need to go through Beck again, but it's going to have to wait until after Worldcon for sure. Also, trying to get my house ready to sell...oy,vey. I am the least organized person you've probably ever met.

Organization of ourselves and our surroundings is essential for healthy eating and fitness behaviours, post those response cards where you can see them!

    Good for you!

I agree that especially when you are going through Beck for a 2nd or 3rd time, spending more time and energy on the topics you need pays off. Best wishes!
