I see so many health professionals who are overweight...nurses, ambulance drivers, home care workers, etc. I guess they are too busy taking care of others to look after themselves. And I guess I fell into that category through my life ...that's why I ended up obese. LIKE A BARBER WITH LONG HAIR. There is a lot to this journey of loosing weight. It is a complex thing. Like my slim doctor said it is just about as hard to lose weight as it is to give up smoking.
That's why I'm glad I found spark. A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND and get the whole picture .. the psychological and the science part of loosing weight
