I've gotten completely off track and the 20 pounds I had lost are starting to come back. I started buying pastries as part of my grocery shopping...scones, chocolate cake, lemon cupcakes. Those things are my real weakness. I don't really know how I got here. I think being on a plateau was too discouraging, so basically I gave up.

The past couple of days I've been realizing this. So today is a start on plateau busting. I use SparkCoach and I just reset it to the plateau busting program.

I feel really slowed down , really sad .But I am determined to follow this new program.

I can do it.

    Do give up!plateaus are the worst! Walk and extra 30 mins a day! Break it up-at the end of the week it all adds up. So you slipped back a little, you realized you aren't going ALL the way held on today GREAT FOR YOU!!!
