No early morning workout...I needed that rest before work apparently, LOL....

I am going to workout this evening though...I was involved in several Fitbit challenges last week but will not do that again...that was too much and my legs and feet still are not happy with me about it...

So this week will be the same approach (at least 3 days of exercise) but not at that super high level of intensity...I need to steady myself and increase over time...
