Chapter 29, Day 5

Still reaching for the gold standard (yesterday, wasn't quite it, with a few diet mishaps....though I'd managed them very effectively). I found I could live through going to bed hungry emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon and rise to victory! Have to get used to that.


With a super busy day ahead of me, the excuses are lining up already. I'm kickin' em to the curb! emoticon Got to ignore them.


Love the morning after, when I've risen above food temptations! emoticon
Nice cool morning for a walk.....must be out the door by 7a
