Chapter 29, Day 4

I'm working on getting back into the health and fitness groove. Yesterday, I did well with fitness minutes and steps. While I stayed within my daily food range, I missed the low end range target, because of snacking choices. Today I go for the gold standard.
Yesterday was a messed up day schedule wise. I had some unexpecteds with the grands, and pushed client work aside for that. Today, I need to focus on my business. I slept in this morning so I feel a bit behind, but rest is good for my body.

Had to work hard for this screen for all green on the calorie burn. I realized at 11p I had to do another half hour of interval training to pull it off. Jeez Louise.....
Kitchen is closed. I'm going to bed hungry, and I guess I will just have to get used to it.
