Whoever said it was right on the money! Been watching what I eat and it's not always pretty but been more focused on staying inside my calorie range. This week I'll focus on calories and improving quality. Where ever you are
Here's how I'm pushing. Hill I climbed on yesterday's walk. Hot, sweaty and knees were taking turns reminding why this was stupid all the way up but I made it. One step at a time we can do this!
