Beck Diet Solution, Day 4

It's give yourself credit day! You know, I owe it to myself to be the best that I can possible be and the fact that I have not given up of myself despite my perceived failures is a great achievement.
I have really come a long way in my journey. I have lost all the excess weight I gained in my adult life plus a bit more. I have changed my eating habits that even my granddaughter is noticing that I don't eat certain foods. I am more selective in what junk food I eat, I used to eat any candy bar but now I am more selective in what I choose.
I need to remember that the way I am going to change is not by focusing on the way I used to be, but to begin to focus on how I want to be and begin putting my focus and energy on building the new me.
I had a rough week in my eating choices, but this is a new day and a new beginning and I need to remind myself that what past is done and over with so there is no need to focus on that. Instead focus on the goals for this week and what I want to accomplish.
