Whew...I am so glad this week is almost over...I am one tired lady but I am proud to say that I WORKED OUT every day this week...a vast change from last week...I got up and worked out a few times before work, had a couple of 2 a days, etc...and I ate pretty good considering my normal habits...

I got up and worked out before work today and plan to hit the treadmill when I get home (I'm trying to win a Fitbit Challenge, LOL)...but this weekend, I am not working out intentionally...I will have a recovery period and start back on Monday...
