Goal met!🖒💙🦄 7.26.2018

Today is a great day! My goal weight for july was 189.6 and today i weighed in and i was down to 189.0🖒 I am so glad that my weight is going in the right direction and i am going to keep going and making the good descions to get healthier inside and out. I have been trying to get in more beets like my dr told me to do for my estrogen problem and i finally found a red cabbage sourkraut that has beet juice in it and i add it to my salads because i do not really like beets but this i can handle. I am taking my vitamins and minerals as directed by my doctor and they really do help. I still have some swelling here and there but not as often. Today it is mainly in my left leg,but i know it will pass and so i am not as worried as i was before.My hormones are starting to straighten out amd i have less stress and aniexty then last year and maybe one panic attack a month,but that is way less and i will take it! I have set goals for the next 30 days Exercise 15min daily. Drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day Get on sparkpeople everyday and track all the foods that i eat. Lastly but not as important is to get down to 185 by the end of the 30 days. I have to get back into healthy habits. I have spent the last 3 months working on my eatting habits so now it is time to incoorperate exercise again.
