Was doing quite well following the keto plan -- down 12 lbs in 2 wks. I visited my neurologist yesterday and he put the kibosh to it. He told me that it is not advised for people with MS (me), so I came home to do some research and fact-checking...alas, the majority of opinions from reputable health/medical sites of the same vein.

Therefor, I jumped onto the old Weight Watchers' plan. I am not going to meetings or doing the online program, just carefully following the plan. Fortunately, I have all of my materials from when I was a WW member. Keeping my fingers crossed that my weight will continue to go down. I don't weigh in again until Monday morning. Here's hoping.
