Beck Diet Solution Day 1, again

I pulled out that worn pink book again. As I was flipping through my last journal's pages, I realized that I made it to day 24 last time. This is my fourth attempt to get through that book.

I keep returning to it because those daily exercises do help change my mindset if I apply the knowledge to my daily struggle with food issues.

This time around my advantage card is short and simple:
1. I will have a new mindset.
2. I will be able to resist "food" that is not healthy.
3. I will eat foods that will help my body function in the way that it is intended to function.

I also have my previous advantages cards readily available. Each time I start this I try to vary the advantages. I am getting quite the list as to why I want to have a whole food plant based way of eating and maintain a healthy weight.
