Think about all the benefits we obtain from exercise.
We gain confidence when we lose weight. It also increases cardiovascular health and decreases the risk of Alzheimers. It also boosts the immune system.
Walking briskly 20 to 30 minutes a day for five days a week increases antibody and T-killer cells response.
Exercise is one of the best ways to sleep at night!
Sometimes I just need to remind myself.
