Twenty-Third Weekend Fasting Cycle, Fruits and Weight

My weekend fast went without a hitch. And yes, I still can gain weight on fruits even with fasting. Last week I feasted on strawberries, mangoes, and cherries. I still have a lot of mangoes to eat this week, but I'll buy no more. So that's one problem down. I'll limit to two bags (2 lbs each) of cherries per week. I'm out eating my fast. LOL. This too shall pass.
Another iteration of Brewer's yeast bar. Ingredients: Brewer's yeast, 10 dates, pine pollen, bee pollen, grounded black sesame, 3 cups chocolate chips. This time I started using Ghirardelli 60% cacao. So I'll try to find chips with less sugar. This should help.
