1 week streak

Tuesday, July 24, 2018

Well... here I am again... 1 week log-in streak! Woohoo... lol! Progress! But, I have yet to eat a full day of keto, exercise or track. Eating okay, moving lots, but not being accountable. On a positive though, I already am seeing a change in my physical appearance just from getting my water up again, and... I went and bought me a bunch of new clothes yesterday. It’s been a long time since I’ve done that. I’m somewhat struggling with it though... only because I’m mixed on how I feel about it. You see, I’m starting to embrace the size I am! This is a good thing! 95% of what I tried on looked and felt good! I can’t remember the last time I felt that way shopping. My girls ohhhh’d and awwwww’d! It was awesome! So what’s my hang up? I still would like to lose roughly 30 lbs... which means the clothes I just spent money on, that I feel great in at my present weight, will have been a slight waste of money. Yet, I’m tired of feeling like a grub in my current clothes and not having much selection or feeling great in what I’m wearing. So, in the end... worth it, I guess. Look good, feel good, build momentum and I’m sure I will still be able to wear plenty of the clothes I just bought at a lower weight... So yay! Glad I talked that out... lol!

I am between sizes at the moment. Tops one size, bottoms another. Enjoy the pretty new clothes and keep sparking!

Yes, I had pants in various waist sizes, in inches:
    - 38
    - 36
    - 34
    - 32

I never through out the old ones I didn't fit into anymore, ... always hopeful. As I lost weight I went from 38 back to 36, and then back to 34. At that point I reluctantly got rid of the 38's, but decided I was committed.

Then to 32, and I got rid of the 36, and I still keep some 34's for yard work. But on the way down I did buy some new clothes, just a few to motivate me, not a whole new wardrobe. Enjoy a few new things.
