My weight loss hacks

This is what works for me:
1. Step on the scale every day and keep a log.
2. Use visualization. I picture myself at my goal weight and how it makes me feel. I do this often.
3. Set weekly goals and milestone goals and treat myself when I reach them.
4. Have a cup of tea! I usually do when I'm watching TV at night or when I feel bored or stressed.
