Day 3 Whole30

Yesterday was pretty much like the day before... I ate on my Turkey hamburger, bell pepper, Squash mix. I did eat some pecans and lots of other good foods. Every week going to try to look up a new recipe so I don't BORED of the food. Kept within my 1500 calorie range and Day 3 went well!!!
**** I had 200 calories left so decided to make a whole 30 dessert*** I know desserts are not recommended on Whole30 but the ingredients are compliant and I had some calories to burn,
Banana Nut Bread Mug cake 200 calories
Add pecans and it's even better
Blend in mixer, pour in coffee cup, microwave 2 minutes. A yummy snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth!
