Weight the same as last week. Eating so-so, no tracking.

Drink more water
Move more - I thought I was doing this, but the steps didn't show it. I did do 3 days of WATP for 11 minutes each day.
Survive the heat!!! emoticon (At least I THINK I'm still alive...)

    emoticon Looking forward to a cooler week...but the weather man has been wrong SO many times. I stayed the same too and really thought I had sweated off 15#! Been drinking lots of water and iced tea though so that's a plus. Maybe I absorbed all that fryer grease by osmosis during the fry bread cooking on Friday and Saturday?

    Start our first wheat field tomorrow...well, if it isn't ripe enough I won't have to cook. Will start with a short crew as they start arriving and have the full crew on by next Monday. Lots of weeds but the wheat looks really thick and some are predicting a bumper crop.

    My house smells like sewer as I've peeled my first 2 dozen eggs for deviled eggs everyday. Now to get the beets pickled!

    Sometimes just surviving heat is the major goal. I can deal with cold much easier than heat!
