I have really gotten off track. Instead of a few pounds to lose I now have 75 to lose. I have to get back in shape because the longer I go the harder it is to take it back off. So here is to day one.

    Day one is always a good start, each day is a new day to work on your health. I have a little more than you do to lose trying to find ways to stay healthy and exercise it's not easy but it's going to be worth it. Good luck to you.
