Update in July

I signed up for NOOM and I really like it. The articles have kept me motivated and focused and stepping on the scale every morning has kept me on track and accountable. I went on an overnight trip earlier this week and I even took the scale with me! The weight is slowly going down which is great and I’ve been figuring out portion sizes and making adjustments to my diet.
I’ve been doing a lot of biking in the last weeks and I can tell my endurance and stamina is improving.
I think if I keep on exercising, go easy on the “red” foods, limit my red wine consumption and stay within my calorie budget set up by NOOM, I’ll be alright.
My next milestone goal is to lose 20 pounds by October 1st. I know I can do it.
