Moods affect weight loss. Be positive. Anger/depression makes me feel worse.
Set goals.
At least 2 servings of veg per day
Walk on lunch break (20-30 mins)
Count calories
Resist temptation
Try workout videos
Try running again
Get sweaty and stinky and feel good
Push through the “screw it” moments
Do calf raises
Map walks - MapMyRun or MapMyRoute
Eat a piece of fruit and a vegetable
Drink water
Don’t eat fast food
