Been a while since I have done a blog….that’s because I have totally slacked off….started with missing one workout…then I looked up and it was MONTHS later…just being lazy…no excuse…and the BAD PART is I have a full gym in my house…treadmill, elliptical, full body machine, weights…the whole gamut!
I have to do better…so this week, I am aiming for 3 workouts…I did a brief one this morning before work (only 30 mins on the treadmill), I have a free bootcamp class tomorrow after work and then I plan to do something else…not sure what just yet but I will get a 3rd one in…
ONE STEP, ONE DAY AT A TIME…SLOWLY GETTING BACK TO ME!
