After being stuck in a rut of getting nothing accomplished, yesterday was a really productive day.
1. The man came to cut and remove two very large trees.
2. I have scheduled the re-upholstery of three chairs. (It won’t happen for some weeks, but at least I am on their list so it will get done eventually.
3. I ran into the interior designer and she is available for helping me redo my master bath.
4. I am also on the schedule of the man who cleans all of the windows in the house. That should happen soon.
I have been watching the videos by a lady in a FB group on how she works her plan. They are making so much sense to me and as soon as I can eat again (dental surgery), I’m going to follow her lead. She makes it easy by simplifying her menus, eating the same thing for breakfast and interchanging lunch and dinner with a limited few meals. She picks what she likes and eats them over and over. She also takes the attitude that if losing the weight is so hard, she is going to do it only one time. Not that she doesn’t go out and eat steak or have a dessert sometimes, but the next meal is back on track. Plain, simple. She had a plan and works her plan.
