Day 15 for my restart with sparks. I have lost 3 lbs. But more importantly I have lowered my insulin by 8 units a day. Great tangible results. The daily tracking for food and exercise is very good for me it makes me accountable for myself and self aware. I have exercised for 14 of the 15 days, and I am starting to (dare I say) enjoy(?) exercising, even look forward to the time of day when I can do my exercises. Wow only 15 days since I went from the couch to my bed and back for months. I hope I will continue, I really do feel that my body is happier these days. All the positive experiences of other members is very encouraging. Slow but in the right direction, forward is good. It's like my walking now that I have arthritis in my knees and the top of one of my feet. I can't walk fast, but I get to where need to be, only a bit slower that the rest.
