I got a lot of the ideas for this list from SP and reading The Spark and Transformation.
Went to the doctor yesterday and I lost 4 lbs from the last time.

So I made this to do list to keep myself motivated.
TO DO LIST FOR SUCCESS
DAILY:
Plan the day’s meals and stick to the plan.
Pay attention to your emotions while eating.
Plan the day’s workout and complete it with intensity.
Spend time in prayer and meditation.
Repeat positive affirmation: “Today I will be successful.”
Visualize the happy, healthy person inside you want to see emerge.
Log nutrition and fitness on SP.
Keep a positive mindset, focusing on progress not perfection.
Log three things that you accomplished today to get you closer to your goal.
Log one thing you can do better tomorrow.
Go to sleep by 10 pm.
WEEKLY:
Review and revise goals.
Look at vision board/book for inspiration.
Complete a healthy spaces makeover.
Plan rewards for reaching fast break and other goals.
ALWAYS:
Accept responsibility for mistakes and bad choices.
Reflect on positive changes you have made.
Have a heart of gratitude.
Smile, be joyful and live a happy life.
Release concealments and guilt when necessary.
Make amends to those you harm.
Rid yourself of addictive habits.
Make a difference in the lives of others.
NEVER:
Hold resentments towards others.
Let anything or anyone get in the way of reaching your goals.
Give up!
