Promised myself not to complain about the heat ......

Saturday, July 14, 2018

I posted this image just to remind me to not get caught up in yesterday or be concerned about tomorrow when it come to health. And not to complain about the heat. I just don't feel that good when it approaches 80 & above....

I have had a interesting couple of weeks with this Summer 5% Challenge. I always weigh myself on Saturday mornings....I have no idea why. I think I'm going stick with Wednesdays for weigh in as I've hooked up with Weight Watchers. Otherwise, I'm creating too much for Yes, I joined WW again; though it's been since 2006 so a lot has changed. And I'm older, which can be a good thing; being wise & all but the down side is no more pilates and more walking. emoticon

I joined on the holiday, emoticon July 4th with 50% a deal! And I signed up thru Terry who posted a while back on FB, a link so we both get an extra month. Love that! And since I love to eat and create salads, this should be fun.

I have had a salad chilling in the refrigerator since 12:30pm; it should be good and tasty by now.

All for now
