Success but scared

Well, I met my goal about two weeks ago. I was shocked that I had so I n put aside the notion that I had. Nervous and anxious that I might regain EVEN a pound,,I kept on with my plan..I kept losing and are now 2 pounds under the plan. I'm actually afraid to gain now and it bothers me because I do not want to slip into an anorexic attitude. If I remember right I went through this same thing about 40 years ago after I have my first child and gained 55 lb with it. I've got to make sure I keep my head straight, my thoughts go to if I lose all I can I could lighten up on my daily diet. Or becomes a vicious cycle.

    I'd check out the Maintainenance group on spark on ideas of how to stay on track. I think talking to a nutritionist or counselor in person would also be helpful.
