I realized that I hadn’t written anything for quite some time so I’m bringing things up to date. I’m continuing on at the gym and enjoying it. Every second day I do strength training and cardio. In between I do cardio, usually walking outside. Yesterday I had a two hour hike. I intend to hire my trainer again in the Fall. I’m going to my high school reunion next weekend. I thought I better go while there’s still some of us left. Next month I’m going to British Columbia and in October I’m going on a bus tour to Rhode Island and some other states. I’m continuing to lose weight- 19 more pounds to my goal of losing 50 pounds this year. I’m down three pants sizes and I feel great. God is good!
