The anxiety monster

I have had a lot of anxiety surrounding work. I have started having minor panic attacks. Yesterday was not work anxiety but pet anxiety. My two girls went to the vet for routine things (Iris, was getting her teeth cleaned/tooth pulled. Chelsie was getting her yearly shave down), but they both needed sedation. Sedation of any sort is hard, you never know what will happen. Also, the vet was a new clinic so I was just worried and stressed. The vet was fabulous. I got calls when they were going to go in, when they were going under sedation, where they were at in the process, and again when they were out. I took a nap cleaned my house, and ate brunch with my sister while I waited and that helped. I was so mentally exhausted at the end of the day I was asleep in no time. The girls were okay and back to normal this morning. I'm not sure where all this anxiety is coming from. I never used to have minor panic attacks before.. I think maybe taking a break from work for a couple of days and see if that helps.

    used to have them. sweating, dry mouth, heavy breathing, bad thoughts. Can sympathize with you. What I found that helped me was deep breathing with eyes closed. Breathe so your tummy extends way out. I pray also
