I am Resisting Exercise

I am just not getting anywhere because I don't want to start. There are things that I love to do:

- Turbo DVD's
- Wii Fit
- Qoya
- Fascia Ball Yoga
- Yoga in general

But none of this gets me motivated enough to go in there and do it. What I really want to do is swim, but I am too embarrased to get my butt in a bathing suit & go to a public pool.

This chronic fatigue is kicking me down. I really struggle with just moving around the house some days, let alone completing a workout. I walk my dog (hilly area) once a day, so at least I'm getting a tiny bit of cardio in, but it's just sad what I have become.

I'm working on my food elimination protocol first before I get too down on myself about the movement. I am promising myself right now that I will at least go in my gym room tomorrow morning for at least 10 minutes.

We'll see how that goes emoticon

    Hi Renee, don't be hard on yourself!
    Your daily walk with your dog is enough to reap all health benefits, and to lose weight if you are eating well.
    The exercises you are resisting may be too intense for you right now, but you can always add a few minutes or a little more intensity gradually, and you will become stronger every week.
