Natalie and I got our numbers for the 5K tomorrow, 1188 and 1189 respectively. We are going to have lots of fun!

I have an invitation to go kayaking in the gulf in a couple weeks. Not sure I want to drive 2 hours by myself, but I'm kind of tempted to just go for it. I haven't been to the beach in a year or more and I always enjoy it. But, I've never kayaked so don't know how good I'd do. But truly my lack of proficiency won't stop me. Wishing hubby was invited, too, but he's not. It's a 4 woman group. Hmmmm. Thinking. Might be fun. Maybe.

My binge-free streak is still going strong and I'm feeling pretty good about it, even though the scale is teasing me. Just haven't been able to keep a middle "2" (weight in the 120's) and I realize I will have to lose more weight if I never want to see a middle 3. Oh, well.

All in all, life is good! Hope yours is, too.

    Sometimes, having an all girls adventure would be fun. Not one of the group lives near you so you could make the trip together? Doing something different would be fun..

    I remember never wanting to weigh over 122. It was so hard for me to do. Now I am looking for a middle 3. I need more muscle, so it will burn more fat at rest. I did an arm video today.

    The beach part sounds good but not the rest, st least to me, butcmy sister loves to kayak.
