My personal goals for the Challenge are:

Nutrition -

emoticon 3. Stick to "MyPlate" model for meals emoticon

Fitness -
emoticon 1. At least 500 exercise minutes per week emoticon 90 today (530 for week)
emoticon 2. At least 90 minutes of ST in week 1, increasing every week -- 20 today to make it 90 for the week, not an increase...
emoticon 3. At least 30 minutes of walking every day. emoticon

Community/Accountability -

emoticon 2, Read / respond to teammate blogs emoticon
