The #keto diet UPDATE!

Can you believe that I made it three whole weeks doing the keto diet? When I first launch this idea 21 days ago I thought that it would be hard for me to do. Little did I know how easy it was to stick to this diet, and it's more about telling other people that you don't want to eat garbage LOL!
I started on this diet at 160 lb. If you read my previous blogs, you will see that I was having issues with being hungry all the time. I would count calories and eat what I was supposed to, but I was still starving. I found the keto diet, with a huge plus of it being that people that were on this diet were full of energy and had a lack of appetite. This was enough to talk me into trying it.
Three weeks later I am down to 151 lb and I want to keep on going! I want to see if I'm able to make it another 3 weeks and see if there are more results. I think I'm going to change some of the rules though to make this diet not so stressful. Let me tell you about the part that stresses me out the most.
I get high anxiety over if that scale is going to go down or not. After the first 14 days I was devastated to find out that I did not lose any weight, and it almost made me quit right then and there. I dread stepping on the scale in fear that it will tell me that I have not made any progress whatsoever. So I think what I'm going to do this time is not weigh myself for the full 3 weeks. On the 21st day I will finally step on the scale and see if there have been any changes. Hopefully this will relieve a lot of anxiety that is going on with me looking to see that I am making progress.
