Non-scale Improvements

Since starting June 5th I have lost weight. Weight loss has slowed now, but I am seeing other improvements. I have gone from 0 mins exercise to now 16 mins daily I have set for myself this week. My clothes are loser. I have a lot more energy. I have gone from the attitude I don't care about anything except the well-being of relatives to now also caring about me as well. And the hunch posture I had sitting, standing, walking is improving now that I actually have energy to attempt to correct and care.

    I am on day 5 and hope I can have the positive attitude you have when the weight loss slows down. That's usually when I give up. I will have to remember what you said about non-scale victories,.

    Good for you for focusing on those non-scale victories! So often I see folks who are discouraged because the scale has slowed down or stopped. The scale doesn't even come CLOSE to telling the whole story! Way to go on making healthy choices - they're making a difference!
