Since starting June 5th I have lost weight. Weight loss has slowed now, but I am seeing other improvements. I have gone from 0 mins exercise to now 16 mins daily I have set for myself this week. My clothes are loser. I have a lot more energy. I have gone from the attitude I don't care about anything except the well-being of relatives to now also caring about me as well. And the hunch posture I had sitting, standing, walking is improving now that I actually have energy to attempt to correct and care.
