I am now writing down what I plan to eat the next day. This seems to be helping.

    SP really works when we follow its suggestions. I find the water consumption to be important for results. Many times the challenge is not easy but the reward is well worth the challenge. We look forward to hearing how your progress is going. Please advise of future success.

    It helps me too! I fact, I put together a list of things I eat frequently and put it on the final snack meal every night for the next day. Then as I use them I move them up. I can plan to get macros right that way. Just delete/add food as needed.
