Day 3, morning

Well, mornings not over yet and I have already broken several of my commitments. I was up at 1 a.m. and had a salad, that wasn't the bad part, I used to much yummy dressing. Kraft Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette. Then this morning at breakfast, I started with two wasa multi-grain crispbreads, with wheat! Two turned into 4, then 8, then 14. Only stopped 'cause they were all gone. At least I won't have that temptation to worry about the rest of the day. See, there is always a good thing about eating up all your no-no's at one time.
Now, I will focus on getting my water and tea for the day. With being a diabetic, the super low calories I am allowing myself right now has caused my sugar levels to drop too low a couple times. Usually happens between 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. So I am planning my lunches about that time. My worst time for wanting to snack is evening, so I eat dinner 6:00 - 7:00, then make sure I have sweet tea beside me the rest of the evening so when I am wanting something, I have something for that one sweet tooth I haven't found. Once I find it, that sucker is coming out!
