Small goals

I made one of my fast break goals to work in the yard at least 10 minutes a day. I know that's not a lot of time but I cut back the burning Bush that was blocking the view from my window. Pulled the weeds from one of the beds. I drank a bottle of water while I was out there.
It hurts my knees even using a kneeler but I want to get fit.
