Starting is half the battle

I have gained weight and lost weight up and down the scale but nowhere near where I should be at least for me. My ideal weight is 115 which is unheard of. When I was 127 lb it was not pretty. My best weight is 140 but I'm definitely shooting for 150. I don't mind a little pudge.

    You're right just getting started IS half the battle because you are ready to do something and looking for change. It's almost impossible to have improvement when we are not ready to do what is needed to make those improvements. Wishing you the best on your journey to being healthy and fit!
