Yeah I am no longer sore! Since we have now been going for a week he said the reason I am not loosing weight is I am not getting my heart rate up high enough or long enough and will be working on that next week. He went over my food log and I need to be eating more protein and he suggested bars. Also because I stay within 1200-1300 calories I need to up it to 1700-1800 to match my exercises - gulp. Leaving soon for my first pedicure ever as my reward for staying below 180. When I get below 170 my first massage. In some ways I feel guilty and its like a waste of money being a one time thing and doesn’t last. But my frustration is daily so I need something to just relax. Frustration- my daughter has gone through 3 portable chargers for her cellphone this week. I have my new theme song from frozen. Let it go, let it go, she waste so much money on phones let it go let it go theres day only so many people she knows

    Every month I treat myself to both Pedicure and a Massage. Come winter it will just be massage. We deserve out relaxing treats.

    You might not be losing because you are building muscle. Years ago I joined a gym and I gained 5 pounds and not from overeating. It leveled out and then I started to lose. Give it time, enjoy each session away from your stressful day and the weight will come off.

    (I prolly would be more able to "let it go" if I were not paying for the phone lol) … But IF I were,
