My task today is to write about the motivation technique that works best for me. My first thought was not having anything special to write about. Then it occurred to me that I am consistent. Each day, despite lifes challenges, I generally make the best nutritional choices. And I don't have to take my own word for it; SP has awarded me with a consistency trophy for 90 plus days of logging in along with a congrats for 250 points achieved in a month. In addition, the scale, that tells all, (sorta kinda) shows me that being faithful to the plan is bringing about the desired results. So, consistency is working for me. It's just the tool I need to get me where I want to be.
