Post Vacation

I got home from Detroit in the wee hours of Sunday morning. I believe my energy somehow got left at a gas station along the way. I haven't found it yet. So...the motivation to exercise and walk went with it.

As a kid, I remember Dad having a term for the post-vacation lack of energy: "butt-itis". I didn't understand it then, but I sure do now. Any suggestions on finding my energy?

    We usually need a vacation from our vacations. Take a day to sleep in, relax, and get back to healthy eating. Usually works for me. I hope you had a great time and have happy memories to look back on.

    Get plenty of rest and eat veges. Drink water and eventually you will get your energy back. As a side note, I was born in Detroit and lived in Ann Arbor before I married. We eventually moved to Florence, Alabama and lived there for 15 years. We now live in Valdosta, Georgia. Our daughter lives in Athens, Al but works in Huntsville.
