Getting There on My Eating Habits

I am proud of myself for a small accomplishment. I have been logging everything I eat for the last week. I have been going over on my calories consistently. Not the consistency I want to accomplish. Last night I ate out with my daughter and logged my calories. Yesterday I stayed within my calorie goals! I admit I was disappointed to not eat my favorite meal at this restaurant, but I am so proud that looked at the calories and made a better choice.
