Well scale not moving really disappointing so my plan just eat the food stay off scale

I was thinking its could be my latest drug Ativan it's strong but need it
Yesterday another great walk-jog my first was happy with that
Today's breakfast Atkins drink,peach
Lunch 2 apples
Then a salad

    I used to weigh everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. Yes you could say I was addicted, wanted to see the scale drop so bad and really stressed out over no change but I weaned myself down to once a week. I weigh on Sunday morning and that is it. I take measurements every other week. Less stress and measuring helps you see changes the scale can't see. Muscle does weigh more than fat, you have to keep that in mind. Hence the measuring. You can do this I know you can. Follow your plan and you will see results! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    You have to stay off the scale. I have scale obsession and am working on breaking it. You can dry yourself crazy. You can weigh yourself 1 day and then the next your up a pound or two and it can be from something as simple as you ate something salty and are retaining weight. So try to weight once or twice a month to get a truer picture. emoticon
