Well it's been a month since I wrote an update blog and it's time again. I have to admit we have had a lot of celebrating in the last month and sometimes I have eaten completely on track and other times I had foods not on my overall plan, but they were thought-out decisions to give myself those treats so I wouldn't feel deprived and get off track later because of feeling that i could never have anything a little richer or sugary. Apparently that has worked because I am still on track and actually down a small amount since a month ago. If it wasn't for the support and knowledge that I have from this site I would have gained everything back by now and been totally off track. I will keep you updated again next month and am optimistic about another weight loss to report as well.
