Days 11 & 12 of 21

Still not doing so well on the goals...I start my day off well and then I derail. I decided that I needed something to focus on and give me a solid "deadline" since a family get together on the 22 for my great-aunt's 80th birthday wasn't enough motivation for me.
Registered for a Mud Hero obstacle course race at the end of August (25th). Have a friend doing it with me. Also ordered the team shirts. It's been a couple years since I've done a muddy obstacle race. I'm looking forward to it.
And now I have a more solid reason for committing to fitness.
The plan for today (Day 13) is to finish up this last transcription assignment I'm procrastinating on, dive in the pool for a swim, eat healthy and don't skip kickboxing class. I'm not out and about, so the fast food won't be a problem today. Soda is downstairs and we have people installing new cabinets, so that won't be a problem. Final goal for today is to blog about Day 13 *on* Day 13, before I head to bed.
