Day 3 of two 30 day challenges

Day 3 was still easy but I can tell its starting to challenge me. Sit ups were at 30 today so I split them up into 3 sets of 10 reps. The leg challenge was 8 squats, 8 lunges and 8 calf raises. Im thinking once the reps get higher I may turn it into a cross fit wod but we will see how it all goes.
