Two Habits to Drop

One of mindset changes in The Spark Solution suggested that you pick two habits each week to change. Here are mine:
1. No morning coffee
When I drink coffee in the morning, I stop drinking water. I think I like the lingering taste of the coffee. Unfortunately, this usually means that I only drink 2-3 cups of water by 3:00, which makes me sluggish and crabby. I will now wait until lunch to drink my coffee -- and only if I've already consumed 6 cups of water.
2. No mindless, non-measured eating.
When I get stressed, depressed, angry, etc., I get the bag of chips down from on top of the refrigerator, plop myself down on the couch, and eat like a horse with a feedbag. This can't happen anymore. If I want chips, I will pour the appropriate amount into a bowl, track it, and then eat it.
