This Morning, the Germans, as in dogs, were barking, and running to the front door-
Of course, Himself and I, living in the bush, never pay too much attention
I put the leash on Tess, and we began to walk towards the highway.
Of course she was barking all the way---
Almost to the highway, she was jumping and pulling at the leash, and I looked up, and there was some kind of animal, running back into the bush---
It was about as tall as a deer, but I know very well a Deer would never have turned back as this animal did-
So, Tess and I "high tailed " it back home--(my Dad's expression)
The moral of the story I guess is pay more attention to your dog-
Their sense of smell is much keener than ours!
On the Home front here---the computer guy spent 3 hrs trying to hook up Son#2's, that Air Canada Pilot's Cameras. Son #2 is back home in Toronto now, already called me twice on his phone and has remedied the trouble from his end-
Our Daughter, the U.S. citizen may not get here, as they took away her "Green Card" when she became an American citizen, and her passport now doesn't arrive for 2-3 weeks--
Can yu believe that?
So. life just rolls on here---one thing after another---
There is so much one cannot control in one's life--
And I must "roll with the punches"---(Whoever said that?)
I do know that I CAN control what goes in my mouth--my exercise--and my head--keep it on---Lord love a Duck!--so easy to lose my brains with all that goes on lately in the world-
"-Keep my feet planted on the ground"--
Dad used to say that--
