We Can!

Sunday, July 08, 2018

I am inspired each time I read this quote. It has meant a little more lately as I have learned I can't put in the miles emoticon as I did before recently hurting my bum knee. It is getting better and with some support I can do alot, but I am finding other ways to get emoticon emoticon to count for my Teddy Bear team. Today I found 3 videos using emoticon , two of them were seated. I was able to use my recumbent bike for 45 minutes in 2 sessions.

Thank goodness I didn't have to emoticon .

You are so AWESOME!!!! You could have just said "ugh" and sat around waiting for the knee to feel better "some day", but instead, you've been thinking out of the box and getting creative in putting in some serious exercise minutes for the team. WooHoo!!! No wonder this Teddy Bear team is so awesome....it's filled with people like YOU!!!!

Do what you can because you're right, anything is better than nothing. Soon enough you will be back to better, but only if you allow yourself a sufficient time to recover! emoticon
