I am inspired each time I read this quote. It has meant a little more lately as I have learned I can't put in the miles
as I did before recently hurting my bum knee. It is getting better and with some support I can do alot, but I am finding other ways to get
to count for my Teddy Bear team. Today I found 3 videos using
, two of them were seated. I was able to use my recumbent bike for 45 minutes in 2 sessions.
